We understand that plans can change and we strive to accommodate our clients whenever possible. Please review our cancellation policy below:
Appointments may be modified or cancelled up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time without penalty.
All appointments must also be confirmed at least 48 hours in advance. Appointments that are not confirmed may be subject to cancellation.
A $100 deposit is required to secure all appointments, with the exception of Instant BBL, which requires a $500 deposit.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment time, as well as no-shows, will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable and may not be applied to future treatments under any circumstances.

Late Policy
We value your time and strive to provide punctual, high-quality care to all of our clients. Please review our late arrival policy below:
We offer a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. Clients who arrive within this window will be accommodated to the best of our ability; however, full treatment time cannot be guaranteed.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or be required to reschedule due to scheduling constraints.
Arrivals exceeding 15 minutes will be considered a NO-SHOW, and the $100 deposit will be forfeited. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable and may not be applied to future treatments.
If you anticipate being late, please call or text our office as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee availability, we will do our best to accommodate you by adjusting or rescheduling your appointment when feasible.
