What services does Alcôve Aesthetics offer?
Alcôve Aesthetics specializes in natural, results-driven aesthetic treatments designed to enhance—not change—your features. Our services include neuromodulators such as Botox® and Daxxify®, dermal fillers, facial balancing, biostimulators for the face and body, regenerative treatments including PDGF, microneedling, chemical peels, non-surgical body contouring, and customized medical-grade skincare recommendations.
Do I need a consultation before treatment?
Yes. All new clients begin with a personalized consultation to assess facial structure, skin quality, medical history, and aesthetic goals. In most cases, treatment may be performed the same day if appropriate and desired.
Who will be performing my treatment?
All injectable and medical treatments are performed by licensed, highly trained medical professionals with advanced expertise in facial anatomy and aesthetic medicine.
How do I book an appointment? Appointments can be booked directly through our online booking system. Select your desired service, choose an available time, and submit your booking with a deposit to secure your appointment.
Is a deposit required to book?
Yes. A deposit is required to reserve your appointment time. This deposit is applied toward your treatment total at your visit and is non refundable.
What is your cancellation and reschedule policy?
We require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours will forfeit the deposit. Deposits are non-transferable and all sales are final.
What if I’m running late?
We recommend arriving on time to ensure you receive the full experience. Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment time or the need to reschedule, depending on availability.
Is there downtime after treatment?
Downtime depends on the service performed. Many treatments have little to no downtime, while others may involve temporary swelling, redness, or bruising. Your provider will review all post-treatment expectations and aftercare instructions.
Do you offer refunds?
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for services, deposits, or products.
How can I prepare for my appointment?
After booking, you’ll receive instructions to complete your intake forms and opt in to appointment reminders. We recommend completing all forms prior to arrival to ensure a seamless experience.
What skincare brands do you carry?
We curate medical-grade skincare products that align with our philosophy of skin health and long-term results. Product recommendations are personalized to your skin and goals.
Do you offer financing?
At this time, we do not offer financing options. However, we are actively working on bringing CareCredit® and Cherry® on board and expect to offer financing in the near future. Updates will be shared as soon as these options become available.
